Hi! My name is Tiffany Estelle
I am a registered Nurse, with over 10 years healthcare experience. I have since specialised as a cosmetic and aesthetic nurse practitioner working alongside world class surgeons and therapists within an award winning clinic, who have nurtured my love for cosmetic and aesthetic procedures.
My passion is to help people feel the best version of themselves with enhancement that maintain their natural beauty, whilst upholding my duty as medical professional to deliver safe, evidenced based and holistic care to all my clients.
All aesthetic treatments are uniquely designed for each client, therefore a full assessment will be completed prior to treatment to ensure all your needs are realistically obtained.

Putting Our Clients Needs First
Anti- wrinkle injections
Botulinum toxin A is a purified protein produced by a type of bacterium. Which is used to soften the appearance of expression lines to the face, such as frown lines and wrinkles caused by overactive muscle actions repeatedly creasing the skin as well as lifestyle contributory factors. By injecting small amounts into selected muscles, it temporarily reduces the muscle contractions. After 3-4 days effects of the treatment will be noticeable, resulting in the areas appearing less wrinkled, smoother and younger looking.
Treatment time: 20- 30 mins.
Anaesthesia: Not required, most clients experience very little discomfort. However, numbing cream can be used upon request.
Common treatment areas: Upper face (forehead, frown, crows feet & brow lift).
Additional areas: Lower face/ body (Bunny lines, Nasal tip lift, Nasal flare, Lip flip, Gummy smile, Jaw slimming, smokers lines, corners of mouth, Dimpled chin, Neck and Excess sweating under arm).
Benefits: A safe non-surgical and non evasive treatment to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, whilst preserving facial expressions.
Follow up: 2- 3 weeks post procedure.
Side effects: Bruising, swelling, redness or tenderness temporarily at the injection site, mild headache.
Risks (uncommon & rare): Facial weakness, eyelid droop, asymmetry, severe headache and heaviness to brows Approximately 1% chance of temporary causing eyebrow drop, eyelid drop or dry eyes/double vision. Infection, dizziness, rash, hives, itching, red blotchy skin rash, serious allergic reaction, hair loss, loss of eyebrow, hearing disturbances and allergic reactions. Difficulties to swallow, speak or breath have been reported when Botulinum toxin type A has been used for uses other than what we would treat in this instance. No risk of permanent damage.
Results: Results take up to 14 days to see full effects (typically lasts 3-5 months, sometimes up to 6 months- variable for each individual)
Repeat treatment: Botulinum toxin treatments are carried out after 12 weeks/ 3- 6 months as recommended by license guidelines.

Dermal filler treatments
Dermal fillers are Hyaluronic acid injections used to smooth out wrinkles and creases in the skin, they are injected under the skin to replace, restore or add volume. Dermal fillers mimic our bodies own natural hyaluronic acid and once the fillers are injected these can work on providing structure and support to the Skin.
The highest concentration of hyaluronic acid is found within our joints, eyes and skin, and is a type of sugar (polysaccharide). Hyaluronic Acid is able to combine itself with water when in a gel form which results in the appearance of smoothing/ filling effect, it attracts water helping the skin to rehydrate itself.
A full facial assessment will be complete to ensure your treatment plan is perfectly suited to you and your desired needs. We aim to provide natural looking enhancements that complement and refresh your appearance.

Treatment time: 30- 45 minutes depending on the treated area.
Anaesthesia: A numbing cream will be applied prior to treatment to provide optimal comfort. Our dermal filler products also contain lidocaine, a local anaesthetic that helps to prevent pain by blocking the signals at the nerve endings within the skin.
Benefits: Rejuvenation, rehydration, smoothing lines and wrinkles, replacing loss of volume, improving facial profile and asymmetry balancing.
Follow up: 2-3 weeks after the treatment to ensure best results have been achieved.
Side effects: Bruising, swelling, redness, pain and detectable filler.
Risks: Anaphylaxis, Allergic reaction, discolouration, Herpes Simplex (cold sores flare-up), Vascular Occlusion, filler nodules and infection.
Results: Visible results immediately after the treatment. Dermal fillers can last from 6-18 months dependent on each individual and the areas treated.

Profhilo and Skin boosters
Profhilo and skin boosters are a combination of high and low hyaluronic Acid molecules that is injected into the skin. The dual action of both is ideal for remodelling skin laxity, replacing lost hydration whilst reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and enhancing skin tone.
The remodelling agent found within this product is great for encouraging the production of collagen and elastin which helps to tighten the skin and gives a youthful glow to your skin complexion.
Treatment time: Approx. 15- 30 minutes
Anaesthesia: none required, however numbing cream can be used upon request.
Common treatment areas: -Face and Neck- Hands-Knees-Arms and Elbows -Abdomen -Décolletage
Benefits: Skin rejuvenation and hydration, brightening your complexion and improving your skin tone. Promotes healthier, softer looking skin.
Follow up: Recommended two treatments to be done 4 weeks apart and then maintenance may be required 2- 3months depending on the level of ageing.
Side effects: Bruising, swelling, redness, pain, product lumps (disperses naturally within hours of treatment).
Risks: Anaphylaxis, Allergic reaction, infection.

Vitamin B12 injections
Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient which helps towards the normal functioning of the nervous system, cell metabolism, the production of DNA and development of red blood cells within the bone marrow.
Vitamin B12 is know as 'extrinsic factor' which means it can not be made naturally within the body meaning we have to out source this by consuming B12 rich foods such as fish, meat, milk and eggs.
Common signs of low B12 or Folate deficiency anaemia Include: brain fog, exhaustion, frequent headaches, rapid heartbeat, breathlessness, feeling faint, muscle weakness, disturbed vision, psychological problems.
Treatment time: 15mins
Benefits: Improve lethargy, anaemia, sleeping habits, metabolism, mental clarity, helps fight off infections and viruses, supports hormone imbalance, helps with weight loss, improves hair and skin quality.
Contra indications: acutely unwell, Allergy/ hypersensitivity, pregnancy or breast feeding, cardiac arrhythmia.

Lumi Eyes/ Polynucleotide treatments
Lumi eyes is a high quality under eye skin booster that contains polynucleotides that have a strong affect when regenerating tissue fibres damaged within the dermis. It helps to replace lost hydration and rejuvenates the skin whilst reducing signs of fatigue and dark circles.
This treatment is delivered through a mesotherapy technique around the eyes and tear valley area, this technique helps to minimise any side effects like lymphoedema like other treatments can.
Lumi eyes stimulates collagen, elastin and skin cell production, which helps to strengthen the skin and delay the aging process by naturally firming and smoothing the area. Resulting in the improvement of the density and quality of your skin to give you a more refreshed and youthful complexion.
